Our Veterinarians
Allan Rott, DVM
Allan has been practicing veterinary medicine for the past 33 years. After attending Iowa State University, he began his career caring for animals. He prides himself in educating clients on the best possible pet care. He enjoys it when clients tell him that their pets can’t wait to come in the door to see the staff and himself! Outside of the practice, you can find Allan enjoying the outdoors.
Sidney Kubitz, DVM
Sidney, our DVM, has been practicing veterinary medicine since July 2019. She values pets as family members and loves treating them like family. Outside of the practice, she enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and binge-watching Netflix!
Gavin White, DVM
Dr. Gavin White received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University. When it comes to veterinary care, he prides himself in providing his patients with the newest research-based medicine and treatment options by the most ethical means. His professional interests include equine sports medicine, dentistry, and the intricacies of helping each species. Dr. White’s animal family includes 6 horses, 3 mini donkeys, 55 chickens, 2 blue heelers, and 3 cats. When not caring for pets, he spends his free time working on the farm with his wife and daughter. Outside of this, he enjoys training and riding horses, growing a massive garden, canning food, and simply just taking in the outdoors.
McKenzie Stager, DVM
Dr. McKenzie Stager earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University, with a passion for reproductive medicine and conservation of endangered species. Dr. McKenzie prides herself in client communication and interactions, always striving to work together with her clients to provide the best care for their pets. She enjoys reading, fishing, surfing, and rock climbing during her free time. She is a mother of two and has been married for several years. Dr. McKenzie is originally from Montana, and has three dogs, two cats, and two snakes as pets. She is happy to work with all animals, including exotics, dogs, cats, and large animals.
Our Management Team
Margaret, Operations Manager
Margaret is our Operations Manager for Parkway Animal Hospital. She prides herself in her ability to get to know her clients and patients by name and remember every pet that comes through the door. She also has a great relationship with our staff and doctors and cares deeply for her team. In her free time, Margaret enjoys tuna fishing, cooking, baking, listening to music, and spending time with her family!
Our Assistant Team
Traeann, Vet Assistant
Traeann has been practicing veterinary medicine for the past 4 and a half years. She prides herself in the care that she gives her patients and clients. In her free time, she loves reading all kinds of books! She also enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Quen.
Jess, Vet Assistant
Jess has been working in veterinary medicine for 6 and a half years. She prides herself in the care that she gives to every patient that comes in the door. In her free time, she loves reading and spending time with her horse, dogs, and significant other.
LeeAnn, Vet Assistant
LeeAnn has been practicing in VetMed since 2020. She prides herself in the way that she cares for her patients as if they were her own. LeeAnn makes sure that all patients are comfortable and have a clean place to stay when they board with us. Outside of the practice, LeeAnn loves to be outside hiking, hunting, and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to try new restaurants and food in the Roseburg area!
Olivia, Vet Assistant
Olivia grew up on her family ranch and enjoys working with large animals. She competitively showed pigs for 9 years, competing in multiple national shows. Olivia has been practicing vet med for a year now and is currently in school to further her career in veterinary medicine. She takes pride in caring for each patient that walks through the door like her own. Outside of the practice, Olivia loves to spend her time hunting, hiking and riding horses.
Madi, Vet Assistant
Madison has been in vet med since 2019, growing up in Roseburg. She spends her free time hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping with her German Shepherd Maverick. She enjoys her split time between reception and technician work because it balances time with patients and time with clients.
Jerra, Vet Assistant
Born and raised in Oregon. Obvious animal lover with a passion for animal care. I’ve been working with pets for over six years but new to veterinary medicine and always eager to learn. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and being a wife and mother. I also enjoy anything outside in nature and spending time with my crazy dogs and cat.
Our Receptionist Team
Hanna, Receptionist
Hanna takes pride in knowing she can help a client leave with a smile on their face. In her free time, Hanna loves camping, baking, fishing, and reading.
Crystal, Receptionist
Crystal takes pride in serving many animals and families in all kinds of veterinary needs and loves to work with the families throughout the process. She enjoys being able to assist when needed for large animal emergencies. Outside of the practice, Crystal runs a rescue farm where she attends to the needs of animals and training. She loves to horseback ride and do farrier work and horse training.
Tilly, Receptionist
Tilly is our newest receptionist in 2023. Her favorite part of her job is helping people and their animals in tough situations. Tilly enjoys her free time hiking, traveling, going to the gym, and visiting her family on the coast.
